That's my MOM in that photo (she is the one on your left). hehhe
Easter is on it's way.
But first we must journey through Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. But the resurrection awaits us on the other side.

PS- You might already guess but... We might be spotty in posting and commenting this week. With 5 worship services this week and all the stuff at the Homeless Shelter MOM will be gone a lot. But don't worry about me, I am sure I will be spending time with my buddy Bert and his Vickie. Of course MOM will take me everywhere possible that she goes that I can tag along. But still I think this will be a VERY long week for me with my MOM working so much. But what JOY there will be come next Sunday! :)

Now THAT's impressive! I just bet it was a wonderful sermon. Wish we could have been there. Mr. Horsie looks so nice and is walking perfectly. I bet that your Mom had to have a talk with him first to explain that there should be no pooping in Church. We sure hope he was paying attention.

My hoomin went to church this morning. She said it was good! :)
ReplyDeleteMom told us about the kids coming in with the palm branches! My mom was going to chat with your mom but wasn't fast enough! Maybe us dogs can get some palm branches so we can go to church during this important time!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Oh yes, a very busy week for your Mom for sure. Our parents went to Palm Sunday services on Saturday night to avoid the bad roads from our storm. Mom said they did a very nice procession through the church with the priest and all the children. Lots of wonderful songs too. Phantom thinks they should have borrowed the donkeys up the street for the procession.
ReplyDeleteHappy Palm Sunday - Mom has been busy making palm crosses for the kiddos.
Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
A very nice service. We never had anything like in our church.
ReplyDeleteIt's our holiest and most special time of the year!!!
ReplyDeleteDid you take the pictures, since your MOM is in them? I told Zim you probably did, but he wasn't sure.
We just LOVE that your MOM had a reenactment at the church! That is very, very cool. And I'll bet it really brings home the whole history of Palm Sunday and no one will forget.
Don't let your MOM work too hard. Lots of rest and snuggling - OK?
Luv,
Dave
How cool. The kids must have loved that!
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily

We never got to have a donkey in OUR church on Palm Sunday! I'm sure it was very exciting for all involved. I'd have loved that as a kid. :)
