Greeting a New Day

Hello Friends.

If you have sniffed around here for very long you know that my MOM and I greet each new day in much the same way.  We get up, MOM makes my breakfast and she gets her beverage (depending on what time of year it is, depends on what she has).  We go outside to the patio, I pick some strawberries, we sit at our patio table, I eat my strawberries as MOM reads our morning devotion, then she sits back and listens and I go and lay on my special "listening" place, and as we listen we watching the sun come up.  While each day may seem to be the same, it is always new and beautiful.  Let me show you Tuesday's beginning.

The sun making it's way over the mountains.

It's like the world is on fire on the other side of the mountains.

Did you hear my birdie friends greeting the new day?   I love this time with my MOM.

Really how can you not be in complete awe of the beauty that surrounds us each an everyday?  How can we not take notice and give our deep and heart felt thanks to the Creator of such beauty?  And friends, that includes the unbelievable beautiful that is in each and everyone of YOU.  See it, feel it, and share all that beautiful around you and in you.

You can do just that this Friday by joining "This Moment See Beautiful" blog hop.  It is the one year anniversary of this wonderful hop.  Beautiful is not just in the sunrise and sunsets, it's on the city streets, those you meet, the rain falling, muddy floors, a simple smile, prayers said and received.
Blessings,
Goose

  1. Wow Buddy, that was a beutiful Sunrise adn we love hearing all the birds singing the new day in.
Glad you got it all on video, cause My Vickie is still pretty much unconcious after her trip. Dont get me wrong, she is up and working, but I think it is just her body, cause her mind is still back in Alaska......or she is just plain sleep walking.
