On Thursday evening I got to spend part of my day with some of my friends: Logan, Baci, Bert, Murphy, Stanley, Tye, Tucker, Annie, Jess, and Cooper. We went to a place we call The Pond. From the pictures you would think we are somewhere in the hills. But this place actually is in town, sort of. Want to come along? OK, let's go.
This is The Pond
Me and Baci and Logan at the river.
This seems to be the side of Bert likes to show the most lately.
Baci and Logan. They are the best of friends.
I found a stick
Logan is lightning fast in the water
Hey Zim over at Army of Four, look. I even got to go on a Sunflower Safari. I thought of you as I passed by each one.
Tye, Tucker and Jess
Stanley and Murphy. They have their safety ropes on so they don't get swept down stream. But they are GREAT swimmers and stick fetchers.
Another view of The Pond. Oh, maybe I should get out of the way so you can see it better.
Beautiful isn't it?
This is my favorite. You can see the reflection of the moon on the water. Just brings a scene of peace.
Thanks for coming along with me and my friends. I wish you all could actually be there with us. My head spins just thinking of the time we would have.
Blessings,
Goose
oh so nice Goose. I want to join!

Goose the pictures of the POND are superb. I love how you caught the REFLECTION of the Hills in FULL COLOR.
ReplyDeleteDARN you have sooooo many grrrreat furends and you all know how to have an amazing time together. I think Bert is trying to become a Navy Seal.
Gosh! You and your friends always have such a great time! Those pictures are just so beautiful and serene. I think they would make good jig saw puzzles! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is BREATHTAKING! I could stare at those pictures all day. It reminds me of the children's book "Guess How Much I Love You" when MOM says..."to the moon and back" It's a long way, but your picture kinda captures it with the reflection. Oh, gives me chills. As for you and your friends, Goose, Lilly might just be pouting because she's not swimming around with you all. We'll have to head out to the pool later today to make up for that. Happy seeing beautful, friend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beeYOUtiful place!! I'd love to be there with all of y'all. It looks like you need all the help you can get to carry that stick. :)

Hey Goose, I couldnt find your email add on your profile page so I am writing it here. As punishment for letting Rich Boy down, haha...nahhh...I am asking you a favour. Would you help me annouce/bark out the news of my CONTEST/GAME to all your blogpals? Since you have a much bigger fanbase than my critters. We need some advertising, haha and who better than Goosey to do it, right?

ReplyDeleteHi again Goose, I am trying to get info and not having luck-thought maybe your mom might know. My neighbors Ausie just got diagnosed with an auto-immune disease of the eyes; they are treating it with drops but it could lead to blindness. My concern is whether or not it could be contagious-I've never heard of this before; wondered whether your mom has any info on diseases in dogs. My heart is hurting for my friend but I don't want to take needless risks with Hunter either.
ReplyDeleteBTW, again I am so blown away by your pics-they are beautiful.
WE went up to the Rockies today and got some great photos that I'll post on Monday. Happy weekend.
Noreen & Hunter
My hoomin says she wants to go there. Me too! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pond to play with your furiends in Goose! And that stick! What a find! It's Gargantuan!!!
ReplyDeleteWaggin at ya,
