As you may know yesterday it snowed. So after MOM got a paper written she then took me out for a hike in the fresh snow. It was a great hike. Just one problem, MOM left the camera in the Blazer. But still we had a great time. When we got home MOM started working again and I took a nap. When I woke up MOM was still working and she kept doing that for a few more hours.
I decided she needed a break so I went over and put my head and my paw on her books and laptop. If I wasn't there the woman would never take a break. So she got down on the floor with me and started to rub my neck with her feet. I LOVE feet!!! Yea I said it. I'm dog enough to admit that I really love feet. Well while I was having a foot rub the sneaky green snake attacked my MOM.
I sprung into action to take down the green slimy one.
It then tried to take me down. It is more crafty than I thought. It tried to flip me over.
Then I finally got it in the "Goose Grip of Death". Grrrrrr Take that Green snake.
That snake will think twice about attacking my MOM. Not to mention interrupting my neck rub with MOM's feet. Yep I licked that snake, I licked him good. Goose 1 Snake 0.
Blessings,
Goose
Nice work protecting your mom from that evil snake!
ReplyDeleteYour pal, Pip
I would have thought even SNAKES were smart enough to know not to interrupt a good foot rub! Thank goodness you took care of the problem!
ReplyDeleteThat snake nefur had a chance! Feet are exceptionally good sources of smells (as are shoes) and we luf them! Happy Tuesday. xoxo (you got snow? it's been 85 degrees here!)
ReplyDeleteGreat job Goose! You sure showed that old snake a thing or two!!

Sealed with a kiss Charlotte
You do not tear up your toys??????????????? How old are you Goose????? Did you use to tear up your toys when you were younger?????????? Gees,, all I have are questions ???
ReplyDeleteBOL!! You are so brave! Oh! A true hero!
ReplyDeleteLicks,
Ruthie
So glad you were there to save your Mom. There's no telling what that snake would have done! No snake can be trusted. Sometimes a stuffed snake can be a disguise for a real one so I'm glad you didn't take any chances. You don't have any dinosaurs at your house do you? They can't be trusted either.
ReplyDeleteGoose buddy... you did a magnificent job of savin your mom and her FEET from Sneaky Snake. Whew. THAT was scary fur a while there though.
ReplyDeleteYAY Goose! Keep that snake away from Mom!! We are busy shoveling here so just stopping by to say hi!
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Goose! You are quite the snake warrior :)

Great job Goose-no wonder your mom gives you rubs with her feet. You know that my Reggie often puts his paw on my 'puter to get me to pet him and stop surfing blog land. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers for Reggie; I just don't want him to be in pain.
