He's Back

Normally on this day MOM lets me sleep an extra hour.  But the crazy woman got me up as early as she does the rest of the week.  She said she had a special treat for me.  But when I ate my breakfast,  it was the same breakfast I normally eat.  Then off to work MOM went after dropping me off at Bert's place.  Where is the special treat?  After a few hours Bert's, Vickie loaded me in her van and she put Bert in there too.  What could this be and where is my MOM?  Am I being dog napped?

Then we stopped at what I like to call "Bert's Pond".  But why and where is my MOM?  Then my MOM parked right next to us and everybody go out.  Then Murphy showed up and Annie!!  Yes dear pups my special treat was a walk with my friends and joy of joys BERT GOT TO COME.  We had a great walk as you will see.  My special treat was a special walk with some of my favorite and bestest friends.

I'll tell ya after you watch the video why MOM put this song on the video.

Why the song?  Well, seeing how happy I was to be romping with Bert again made my MOM think of the last couple of weeks and how my walks/hikes/ romps without Bert were not as... well not as bright.   Sure they was some "light" to it, but not really "sun" bright.  Then that reminded MOM of a while ago she looked up into the sky and saw the moon during the day.  It really struck her and she thought, "That's how we feel sometimes, sort of out of sync."  But she said, "No matter what , the Light of Jesus shines brighter than any moon ever will."

Ephesians 5:14b,  "Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."
