It's some Gooses. Four Canadian, Three babies, and one white Goose. Isn't this a great family. I think the white Goose is the nanny.
Goose Butts.
This is Baci and Logan. They are so cute together. When we romp in the woods they bounce together like rabbits.
Murphy is a pretty good bouncer too.
Of course while everyone was bouncing I found me a starter stick for our walk.
We saw this cool bird. I don't know what it is, but it sure is colorful.
Of course there was water play time.
I like it when the stick I pull out of the water is all water logged. It's so juicy.
On our way back Baci practiced her posing. Bert has been giving her lessons.
We saw a lot of these on our way back. Bert tried one. He DOES NOT recommend them.
The week ended as it began.... with a stick.
Blessings,
GooseOh I mean Blessings Gooseberry. That is the name that got the most votes is Sarge's Name Game contest. So my MOM has to call me that all week long.

What a great outing. And we're very happy that Sneaky Snake survived. Maybe he should hibernate the next time your friend visits, just to be on the safe side.
ReplyDeleteJed & Abby
Well, Gooseberry.... I think you are a berry (BOL) lucky pup to be able to spend so much time with all of your friends!
ReplyDeleteSam
Well, Gooseberry, it sure looks like your week ended with lots of fun with friends. We think we would join you in chewing on some good sticks rather than all the water fun. Hope you and Mom have a very nice and peaceful Sunday and a wonderful week ahead.

Hey Gooseberry... This was a fun and really WET post. I am like YOU... WET sticks have the bestest Juices.
ReplyDeleteGOOSE BUTT???? I did that to my mom once. You should have heard THAT.
Gooseberry, what a wonderful way to round out the week. Spending time by the water with best friends, in the great outdoors, with STICKS and Goose butts (made us laugh outloud)! Duly noted to stay away from the snails. Sounds like a good idea! Happy seeing BEAUTFUL!
ReplyDeleteOh Dog! Goose saw Gooses! *giggles*
ReplyDeleteSeriously though, what a great time ya had there Gooseberry!
Hi there, You all looked like you had such great fun! I'm thinking that you don't get Giardhea in your lakes and streams like we have in Colorado. I even worry when Hunter licks up bird poop-pretty gross huh.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day.
Happy Paws, Noreen & Hunter
Woof to you Goose!!!! I'm fascinated with your water logged stick .... the closest I've ever got to enjoying one is picking up braches after a thunderstorm. You're a lucky boy! Much love to you - XXOO - Mazzie
ReplyDeleteThose gooses are adorable. We sure are jealous of your wtering hole
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Did you count yourself when you were counting Gooses? Ha roo roo roo!
ReplyDeleteBert's not into escargot, huh? My mom ate some when she and Dad lived in Europe and she doesn't recommend them, either. Especially raw. And she tells ME "nononoZimmieno" for trying to snarf stuff up off the sidewalk! Even I leave snails alone!
Play bows,
Zim
Looks like some really fun outdoor adventures!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had a Doodle-licious time Gooseberry! But then again, you always have fun!! We hope you enjoyed your stick!
ReplyDeleteYour friends,
Murf n' Turf & Stan the Man
