I'm Soooo Excited

Over 11 years ago I came to my forever home to live with my MOM.  As it turned out my forever home was a church.  It was very cool I gotta tell ya.  Below is a photo of me on day 5 of living at the church.  My MOM was having a meeting with the other pastor and administrative assistant.  That’s me on the right.  I eventually grew into my ears and paws.

My MOM calls this photo
“You’ve probably wondering why I’ve called you all here today.”

Now the time has come, and I am so excited.  Starting tomorrow and happening every 3rd Sunday of the month it’s “bring your dog to worship with you!”

MOM is busy finishing her sermon, it has something to do with Squirrels, and she is making special treats for my K-9 friends.  I’m hoping to taste them early.  I mean, I need to make sure there ok.  So if you’re in our neck of the woods stop on by at 6PM.  It’s going to be GREAT!
Blessings,
Goose

  1. That sounds like a great time and idea. :)

So you're 11? My Weimaraner sister, Starr, is 11 as well. Maybe you two are related???

  2. What a great idea! Doggies are such blessings, and what better way to show God your appreciation than by bringing the doggies to church! Have fun and remember your manners.

PS: you don't look a day over 7, and you should DEFINITELY sample the treats!

  3. Man, I remember you said the third Sunday a few weeks ago. I can't believe My Vickie told someone they could pick up their pup Sunday night.

Now we will most likely miss this month but maybe we can come next time.

And I agree with Jasmine, you don't look a day over 7.

    Love

  5. That really is cool!! By the way, your post reminded me of a dog that I placed a few years ago with a Pastor. The dog, renamed Diego had lived the 'party life' in college with his first owner who belonged to and lived in a fraternity house. I thought that living a good life with a Pastor was really appropriate for his younger and wilder days! ;-))

    Enjoy your Sunday!!

  6. Just to let you know, we know you are in church right now and we wanted you to know we are thinking of you and wishing we had been able to come to Church with your dog night.

We hope the service went well

    See ya soon
